Gin and Orange Marmalade

Description

Bittersweet orange flavours are balanced perfectly with the addition of blueberries and rosemary.

Ingredients

30mls Gin
15mls Cointreau
15mls freshly squeezed orange juice
1 Tablespoon orange marmalade + 1/2 teaspoon for garnish
10 blueberries + 4 for garnish
1 Orange segment
1 Rosemary sprig
Soda water
An edible flower
Ice

Method

Muddle together the gin, Cointreau, orange juice, 1 Tablespoon marmalade and 10 blueberries in a cocktail shaker.

Fill 3/4 of the shaker with ice.
Shake for 20 seconds then double strain into a glass (prepared with ice).

Top up with soda water.

Garnish with 4 blueberries, orange segment, rosemary sprig , edible flower and 1/2 teaspoon of marmalade on top.

TIPS
-Play around with the marmalade quantity depending on how sweet you like your drinks.
- Edible flower optional.
