Bittersweet orange flavours are balanced perfectly with the addition of blueberries and rosemary.
|15mls freshly squeezed orange juice|
|1 Tablespoon orange marmalade + 1/2 teaspoon for garnish|
|10 blueberries + 4 for garnish|
|1 Orange segment|
|1 Rosemary sprig|
|An edible flower|
Muddle together the gin, Cointreau, orange juice, 1 Tablespoon marmalade and 10 blueberries in a cocktail shaker.
Fill 3/4 of the shaker with ice.
Shake for 20 seconds then double strain into a glass (prepared with ice).
Top up with soda water.
Garnish with 4 blueberries, orange segment, rosemary sprig , edible flower and 1/2 teaspoon of marmalade on top.
