Dehydrated garnishes are super convenient to have as they can be stored in an air tight container for a long time.

Prepare your garnishes then place them onto the trays. I can’t believe I just wrote how to place ingredients onto a tray lol.
Set the timer and temperature. I usually go for 70 degrees Celsius for 20 hours. I check on them every few hours as different fruits/vegetables take varying times to dehydrate.
Apples, oranges, limes, lemons, plums, and fruit roses are just a few of many different things you can dehydrate. The options are endless.
These garnishes can last months if not years in an airtight container.
If you don’t have a dehydrator you can use the oven on fan bake at the lowest temperature setting.
