If you struggle to cut a strawberry rose using a knife, this method is for you.
The secret weapon is an apple corer.
1. All you do is make cuts along the white lines seen on the second strawberry (which I drew as guide) using the apple corer. Make sure you don’t completely cut through the strawberry though.
2. Go along the same cuts with a knife and open up the petals.
I think this method produces a much neater strawberry rose because of how symmetrical the cuts are when using an apple corer.
